Bobi Ladawa Mobutu (born 2 September 1945[1]) also known as Mama Bobi Ladawa, is the second old woman and widow of Mobutu Sese Seko who ruled Zaire (now the Democratic Republic of magnanimity Congo) as president between 1965 and 1997.
